Writing Papers
Writing my paper tonight I noticed a trend that I sometimes have. When I'm writing a paper on short notice, I sometimes have a short period were I can write continously for over a page. I'll literally just be constantly writing without needing to pause and think about what I need to say. I find it refreshing to be able to have free floating ideas come together without having to pause to write them in a readable format. Just thought I'd throw this out there.

Joe, I so get that. Sometimes you just get into that zone, where you have these words and these random thoughts, and you just keep your fingers moving and you hope what you're writing makes sense because you really don't have the time to go back and re-read any of it.
ReplyDeleteI completely understand this. I am the same way when I try to write a paper. Sometimes I can just write straight through a few pages without an issue, but then other times, I can sit in front of the computer for what seems like hours and only get a few paragraphs finished.
